Items Not Covered by Returns 

To ensure hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Approval & Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours. 
  • How You’ll Be Refunded: The refund will go back to your original method of payment. Please note, initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like another item, please process your return and place a separate order for your preferred product.
